We hope that you will be happy with your recent purchase from Goddess Lingerie Solutions. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day Return Policy. To see if you qualify, please read the criteria below.

Do I qualify for a return?

Maybe you changed your mind, and that’s completely fine.

Goddess Lingerie Solutions is happy to accept returns 30 days from date of invoice. Please make sure that to qualify for a return, you tick off the following steps:

  1. Contact Goddess Lingerie Solutions at:
    info@goddesslingerie.com.au notifying your intention to return your item or your order.
  2. Confirm that the item is unopened, not damaged, and has not been used and therefore in a saleable condition.
  3. Once Goddess Lingerie Solutions confirms your return, please send it back to us (Please note: shipping is at the customers expense).
  4. Make sure to send us a tracking number; we cannot assist with untracked returns that go missing.
  5. When we receive the item/order back and confirm its condition, we will provide you a refund or store credit to the value of the items returned.
  6. What if my product arrives damaged, faulty or not what I ordered?
    Contact us at info@goddesslingerie.com.au detail everything including any photos where necessary.
  7. What if my product never arrived or it did arrive but missing some of the order?
    We endeavour to pick and scan our merchandise accurately. Unfortunately if an error has occurred then we will rectify it with a refund or a store credit. We are here to satisfy your needs and make sure that you receive and our happy with your Goddess Lingerie Solutions purchase.
